I work from home, can I bring my work laptop to the salon?
Of course we encourage it guilt free appointment, we understand that peoples working patterns & needs have changed in recent years, so feel free to use our salon wi-fi & we’ll make sure you look fabulous for that scheduled Teams call!
Do you offer hair extensions as a service?
Yes, we offer extension services at our salon, led by Ashleigh, our extension specialist. To explore the various options, you can schedule a consultation with Ashleigh by selecting the extension consultation option in the booking menu.
What hair care products do you use?
Our preferred choice for hair colouring is Goldwell. Additionally, we offer a range of haircare products for home use, featuring quality brands such as Kevin Murphy, Olaplex, and K18.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Feel free to bring along inspiration pics to your appointment — we love seeing clients’ Pinterest boards and screenshots, as they provide brilliant reference points for achieving your desired hair goals. This clarity helps us determine the most suitable package for you. Additionally, we recommend arriving with clean, dry hair and allowing ample time to reach us. Please note that we cannot always accommodate late arrivals, which may affect the service we can provide.
Can I bring my children into the salon?
We are more than happy for you to have your children come to the salon with you from Tuesday to Thursday, provided they do not disturb other customers and respect our environment.
I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment.
We understand unexpected things can happen, and there may be times when you’re unable to keep your appointment. You can reach us through the “Contact” section on our website or by giving us a call on 9443 1050.
Cancellation Period:
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment to another guest.
Late Cancellations:
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee. This fee is calculated at 50% of the total appointment value, including any deposit.
No Shows:
Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice or communication will be charged a cancellation fee. This is calculated at 70% of the total appointment value, including any deposit.
